Just purchased a used vehicle over this weekend. People will hate on dealerships but I believe it depends completely on the sales person at the end of the day. Jamall has by far been the best sales person I’ve dealt with. Down to earth, honest, and communication was top tier. Never left me in the dark and updated me as promised. As with any large purchase, always do your due diligence and check over all your paperwork before signing anything.

This review is for service department. Horrible experience. I went in for an oil change and first inspection on a leased vehicle. They text me an 1.5 into it saying that the car would be ready soon. Zero communication about what was done to the car, what the multipoint inspection found, nothing, they didn't care nor want me there. If you can, stay away. I tried communicating in person, always feeling like I am bothering the service advisors. They are supposed to send a video of the work that was done to the car with the technician explaining the work and findings, which was not done. All I got was requests for review. ZERO COMMUNICATION ABOUT THE CAR, THE ONLY COMMUNICATION IS ABOUT 4 TEXT MESSAGES AFTER ASKING TO LEAVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My experience was very pleasant. I was taken right at the agreed to appointment time. The svce advisor was also very pleasant and He quickly and efficiently set up the paperwork. I sat down in the lounge and the car was ready within the promised timeframe.

Nick,my service advisor was great. The service technician was very thorough. The waiting area is very comfortable. My only complaint are as follows. I thought when I purchased the car there would be a cleaning of the vehicle after service was completed. This did not happen. The parking situation is chaotic. There were so many cars being moved and parked,there no room to enter the service area.
